We kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, providing us with clear photographic evidence of the damage. This will allow us to swiftly process your refund or replacement request, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.  

Please note that our company offers a variety of digital items that are non-refundable due to their inherent nature. Unlike physical items, digital products such as software licenses, e-books, and downloadable content cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered or accessed. 

This policy is in place to ensure fair usage and prevent unauthorized distribution or duplication of our digital products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

- Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the original purchase.

2. Exchange Process:

- Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions on returning the item and receiving a replacement.

3. Shipping Reasonability:

- Coexist Doulas LLC will cover the shipping costs for shipping the replacement item to the customer.

- In cases where the exchange is a result of an error on our part (such as wrong item shipped or a damaged item), Coexist Doulas LLC will cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement items.

- If the exchange is due to customer preference or a non-error related issue (such as wrong size or color choice), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the replacement.
