Once labor begins, our birthing doulas provide continuous support, offering comfort measures such as relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and massage. We act as advocates for the individual and their birthing preferences, helping to ensure that their voice is heard and respected throughout the process.

Our doulas also offer emotional support during labor, providing a calming presence and reassurance. We understand that childbirth can bring a range of emotions, and we are there to offer encouragement and affirmations to both the birthing individual and their partner or support person.

At our prenatal appointments, our main focus is to provide expectant parents like you with the support and guidance you need. Our goal is to help you feel fully prepared for the incredible journey of childbirth. We're here to discuss your birth plans, give you valuable information about different labor and delivery options, and offer emotional support throughout. Your well-being and the well-being of your baby are our top priorities, and we're dedicated to being by your side every step of the way. It's important to note that the number of goals we can achieve together is directly related to the number of prenatal appointments you have with your doula. So, when scheduling or choosing your packages, please keep that in mind.

+ Partner Support Visits

we understand the importance of providing unwavering support to both the birthing person and their partner or support person throughout the entire labor process. Our dedicated birthing doula is here to guide and empower partners, ensuring they feel confident and involved every step of the way. Our doulas are not only trained to offer comfort and support to the birthing person, but also to provide valuable assistance to partners in managing their own emotions during childbirth. We recognize that this can be an overwhelming time for everyone involved, and we're here to help partners navigate through it with grace and understanding.

We believe in the shared experience of childbirth and acknowledge the unique needs and concerns of partners. That's why we also provide additional visits that are specifically tailored to meet the individual requirements of partners, ensuring their needs are met and their journey is supported.

+ Gestational Check-ins Plans

At our regular gestational check-ins, we want to make sure we're keeping a close eye on your baby's growth and development. These appointments are actually separate from our prenatal check-ups and give us more time to focus on discussing how your little one is progressing. Our main goal is to help you achieve a healthy pregnancy within your personal health limits.

While we do touch on labor and delivery education and childbirth goals, they aren't the main focus during these check-ins. Don't worry though, we're here to support you every step of the way!

Now, when it comes to choosing a plan, we've got some options for you. You can go for the per trimester check-in, monthly check-ins, bi-weekly check-ins, or weekly check-ins.

+ Tag Along's

We understand the importance of having support during your pregnancy journey. Our doula services offer the option for your doula to accompany you to various appointments and classes. we're thrilled to be by your side every step of the way on your incredible pregnancy journey. We know just how important it is to have someone there for you on the big day and beyond. That's why we're here to offer you a helping hand and a friendly ear whenever you need it, or simply want to have a chat.

Throughout your on-call period, we've got you covered with 15 hours a week of dedicated support. Whether it's through phone calls, telehealth consultations, or messaging, we're here to provide the assistance you need leading up to the big day. Our goal is to ensure that you feel supported, reassured, and well taken care of during this special time in your life.

Service Type: Along Slide Labor and Delivery.

+ Labor & Delivery Support

During labor, our team provides comprehensive support to help you manage pain and discomfort.

We offer a range of comfort measures, including massage, positioning suggestions, breathing techniques, and visualization exercises. Our goal is to help you find relief and maintain a sense of calm throughout the process.

In addition to providing physical comfort, we also act as a liaison between you and the medical staff. We facilitate effective communication, ensuring that your needs and preferences are clearly communicated and respected. We understand the importance of maintaining a supportive and respectful environment during labor and delivery.

Our team is here to support you every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and advocacy. We are committed to helping you have a positive and empowering birth experience.

Service Type: In-Person. This Service can only be provided with packages that included Intake, min 3 prenatals, on call services, After birth care & 3 postpartum.

We're here to support you and your precious newborn as you embark on this beautiful journey of motherhood. Our dedicated team will be right by your side, offering a helping hand to ensure a smooth start to breastfeeding. We understand how important those first moments are, and we're here to make sure you and your baby feel comfortable and confident. But that's not all - we're here to assist you with those little things that can make a big difference. Need help with your first post-birth shower? We've got you covered. Our doula can also try to take care of any necessary cleanup after labor, so you can focus on bonding with your little one. And if you need assistance with room changes or anything else during this special time, just let us know, and we'll be there to lend a helping hand.

We believe in providing comprehensive care from start to finish, ensuring that you and your baby receive the best support every step of the way. We offer flexible Service plans to accommodate the unique needs of each family. Our doulas can provide support during daytime hours, overnight, or even around-the-clock if desired. We understand that every family's needs are different, and we are committed to tailoring our services to meet those needs.

Postpartum Doula Services Breakdown

- An initial consultation will be conducted, followed by additional virtual intake visits to establish a service contract between the doula and the parent(s).
- Each visit will have a duration of approximately 4 hours.
- Services can be scheduled during the day or evening, based on your specific needs.
- The frequency of visits per week will depend on your preferences and requirements.

It is crucial to maintain regular contact with a healthcare provider throughout your postpartum period to receive the necessary medical advice and guidance.

Acknowledging the overwhelming demands of motherhood, we are dedicated to lightening your load by providing much-needed help with various household chores. This will afford you the time and space to rest and fully focus on the precious moments of bonding with your baby. From meal preparation and laundry to tidying up, we will lend a helping hand, allowing you to find balance and peace in your new role as a mother.
